About Me

Hello and welcome to Susan beaute boutique formally known as Luxury Beauty Therapies. My name is Susan as a Diploma trained Beauty Therapist I created this salon in 2004 with a genuine desire to provide old fashioned customer service with attention to detail. Over the years I’ve continued to take the time to listen to my client’s individual needs as your requirements are unique to you and I do my upmost to provide a top quality professional and personalised service in a relaxed setting with no pressure sales.

I’m a sole operator meaning you deal directly with me the salon owner and as I operate by appointment only, this ensures you are my sole focus for the duration of your visit. It’s this dedication to my client’s that sees my appointments book 2-3 weeks in advance. My genuine, honest and caring approach to all my valued client’s ensures that we work together to achieve realistic treatment outcomes. I don’t promise treatment results that are unobtainable.

I provide all the traditional beauty services such as rejuvenating facial treatments, waxing, lash & brow tinting, natural nail manicures, pedicures as well as relaxing back massages. However as this industry continues to evolve, I’ve recently seen the need to expand on my experience and specialise further into anti-ageing treatments with a particular interest in non- invasive procedures. My personal belief is that we don’t have to stress our skins by causing pain and trauma to achieve noticeable results.

The salon now offers a host of non-invasive treatments that specifically target individual requirements. These treatments consist of FaceShape RF skin tightening, MesoSkin mesotherapy treatments (a deeper skin needling type treatment), Rezenerate nano-facials (non-invasive skin needling), diamond microdermabrasion and LED light therapy.

I also use and recommend quality, results-driven Australian made skincare as only products made in Australia are truly suited to our harsh climate and will combat our skin concerns.

Salon Etiquette

To ensure your visit to the salon is an enjoyable one, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late will unfortunately result in a shortened treatment, as appointments are allocated around treatment times.

I also understand that life sometimes gets in the way and unforeseen circumstances crop up at times meaning you’re unable to attend your appointment. Last-minute cancellations result in a loss of income for the business and potentially I’ve already turned away a client who would have booked the space. A cancellation fee for a missed appointment may apply so I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible when cancelling appointments.

New Clients

During our initial phone call, I’ll advise that you will be sent a “New Client Consultation Form” via SMS. Please fill this form in providing as much information as possible and submit it back prior to your appointment. This information enables me to get a good snapshot of your beauty history, previous reactions and expectations for your treatment with me and means that we can get started as soon as you arrive at the salon. You’ll normally receive this form in the days prior to your booking.

Some of the salons advanced treatments may require a separate indemnity form with further instructions that need to be followed in preparation for the treatment. This will also be delivered as an SMS message prior to your appointment and will also need to be submitted before treatment commences.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. For gift voucher bookings, please note that depending upon my regular client appointments, the wait time for an appointment can be 4 weeks. If you require a booking on Saturday this wait time is longer. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
